Rempe-Sharpe & Associates, Inc., is an established civil engineering firm offering a wide range of professional services.
Rempe-Sharpe’s roots began in 1918 with the founding of the Wells Engineering Company. In 1964, the firm was incorporated as Rempe-Sharpe & Associates, Inc. to provide professional engineering and surveying services.
Our office is conveniently located in downtown Geneva, Illinois in the heart of the beautiful Fox Valley.
Over the decades, Rempe-Sharpe has developed an eminently qualified staff to serve both the public and private sectors, with many client relationships spanning 40 or more years.
Rempe-Sharpe & Associates, Inc. has been nationally recognized with numerous awards including a National Award for Engineering Excellence by the American Public Works Association.
LEADERSHIP
James J. Bibby, P.E., S.E.
Jim Bibby jointed Rempe-Sharpe & Associates, Inc. in 1987 and became a Principal in 1989. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Masters of Project Management from Northwestern University. Jim brings over 30 years of civil and structural engineering experience to the company. He is responsible for supervising the planning, designing, estimating, and construction management of numerous civil engineering project through Northern Illinois. Jim is a member of the Structural Engineers Association of Illinois.

Daniel A. Watson, P.E.
Dan Watson joined the firm in 1988 and became a Principal in 1994. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Dan is responsible for project management project design, plan preparation and construction coordination service for various municipal projects. These include transportation, water, wastewater, and storm water management projects as well as shallow and deep well water supplies, elevated water storage facilities, water pumping station, and water distribution systems improvements. Dan is a member of the Kane County Water Association, the Water Environment Federation, the America Water Works Association and the American Public Works Associations.
